Before using
1. Check the motor connection of the water supply system carefully, and adjust it timely if it is not reliable or connected tightly. The power distribution box must be reliably grounded, and all lines should be properly placed to prevent crushing in the operation process.
2. Check whether the strike arm of the limit switch is loose or not, which can efficiently prevent the falling down of limit switch and avoid the failure of limit switch.
When using
When the current is switched on, and the pump will put water into the pump, and the flow of water can be adjusted through the control valves, and the total water supply amount is controlled by the electric relay. Users should cut off the water supply when the water reaches the production requirements, and they should start supplying until the water runs out again.
After using
After reaching to a predetermined time, the water supply system of concrete batching plant will be cut off automatically. In general, the control valve has been adjusted at the factory, which doesn’t need to change and adjusted again. Moreover, users should undergo regularly maintenance as frequently as possible to extend its service life and reduce business costs.
