How to Protect Baby Concrete Mixer
The baby concrete mixer is the diesel engine cylinder type concrete mixer which we often use. This kind of baby concrete mixer is different from the general concrete mixer, so the protection method has its special place. Next, we will briefly introduce its differences.
1. The diesel engine for diesel type concrete mixer is very important because we use the diesel engine to work in the case of it is inconvenient to use electricity, so we should check the diesel engine frequently, cleaning the diesel tank and replace the diesel engine with a new one.
2. Operators have to check the connection parts of the diesel engine.
3. Clean the residual materials in the mixing drum after working.
4. Check the mixing blades, and check whether there is damaged or not.
5. After using the concrete mixer, the diesel engine will be hot, so it is better to put it in the place of ventilation. When the baby concrete mixer is working, please don’t touch the diesel engine.
6. Avoid colliding the baby concrete mixer.
7. There is a belt on the baby concrete mixer, so operators need to check the belt, and to see whether it has any damages and the tightness in line with the requirements.
