Operation Regulations of Concrete Mixers
Some of our clients had inquired about the operation regulations of concrete mixers, and it is very necessary for users to learn about the safe operation regulations of concrete mixers to avoid the waste of time, resources and costs. But how much do you know about it? Here, I want to make a specific explanation and share it with other users.
Firstly, concrete mixer must be placed in a solid place with the support of the bracket or a supporting leg, and it is not allowed to replace the support with tire. Before starting the concrete mixer, operators should check whether the clutch, brake and wire rope are in good condition or not, and the mixing drum shouldn’t have any other materials.
Secondly, the pass through or stay under the hopper of operators are strongly prohibited in work. When feeding, operators can’t try to check the feeding conditions by stretching the body to the inner side of the machine. Besides that, it is forbidden to put your hands or use other tools to feed or discharge materials while running.
Then, no license operation is strongly prohibited. Operators can’t leave his position without permission. On site inspection, operators should fasten the hopper, cutting off electricity, and they should monitor the condition of the machine in time while discharging.
At last, after the completion of the work, operators should make a complete cleaning, lubrication and maintenance of the machine and cut off the power supply.
