Operation Management of Asphalt Mixing Plant
In the construction of asphalt pavement, asphalt mixing plant plays a key role.The performance and the working conditions of asphalt mixing plant directly affect the quality of the asphalt mixture, which relates to the quality of the whole project and the progress of the whole project.
Therefore, the current control technology of asphalt mixing plant is becoming more and more advanced, which requires the mechanical operation personnel constantly improve the operating skills to meet the needs of the construction and ensure the smooth operation of machinery. So how to guarantee the smooth operation of machinery and give full play to its due effect?
First of all, the operator should be familiar with the structure and working principle of each part of the plant.
On this basis, control each production details strictly , especially for the measurement system, because the working condition of the measurement directly affects the technical index of the asphalt mixture.
For the stone measurement system , we should pay attention to these:
1.For the discharging door, opening and closing flexibly and quickly;
2.Keep the discharging mouth unblocked and ensure that the stone material can flow down quickly and evenly;
3.Close the discharging door timely and keep the sealing good. The leakage phenomenon is not allowed when the single material measurement is finished.
4.Keep clean around the aggregate weighing hopper. The foreign body is not allowed for fear that the hopper is blocked.
5.Keep equilibrium in preloading of the aggregate weighing sensor. The force should be consistent. The sensitivity of the sensors must be high.
