First of all, concrete mixer should be set in a flat place so that we can avoid the loose of tires. Specifically, operators should race the machine in empty ahead of time, and make full preparations before using it. At this time, operators need to check whether the speed of the mixing drum is appropriate or not, and the empty operating speed is a little faster than the speed after loading materials generally. If there is a big gap, operators should adjust the wheel and the gear ratio immediately.
Secondly, check every part of the machine carefully before running. Make sure that the transmission clutch and brake is flexible and reliable enough, and wire rope is not damaged. Make sure that there are no obstacles and all parts of the machine has been fully lubricated. Run the machine after carefully conforming.
Thirdly, if there are any electrical or mechanical failures in the operation process, operators should discharge the left materials timely, and run the machine after rule out all of operation breakdowns. Of course, operators should inspect the machine regularly to prevent the occurrence of sudden accidents.
At last, operators should pull off the power and lock the switch control box immediately after using concrete mixer. Besides that, one should clean the machine and the site thoroughly so that the machine can work smoothly the next time.
