Users should check the tightness degree of the fastening bolts of each part frequently to prevent from loosening, such as the mixer, motor seat, mixing blade, backing plate and so on.
In replacing of the mixing blades of baby concrete mixer, users should use the standard torque spanner, and its locking torque should be around 200 to 220N.m.
If there is too much gap between the mixing blade and scaleboard, users should adjust the distance of the both sides of the cylinder.
The lubricating oil of the reducer should be replaced regularly according to the maintenance standard.
Check whether the lubricating pump in the baby concrete mixer is in good working condition or not, and adjust it timely if not.
Before stopping the equipment, users should clean the mixing barrel, mixing shaft and mixing blades completely.
The synchronous gear and the transmission chain should be cleaned and lubricated regularly.
Users should remove the water in spray system out completely under cold working condition.
