Check whether the gear box and other parts of the device have got enough lubrication or not, and they should inspect the lubrication condition of the device carefully and regularly.
Users should check the power supply voltage, and the rated voltage should be equal to 380V, and the voltage drop shall be in an acceptable range, or it will affect the normal operation of the machine.
Check whether the electrical wiring of the device is solid enough or not, and the motor wire should be grounded to ensure security.
Check the reliability of the water pump, throttle valves and water pipelines.
Check whether the rope is neatly arranged on the reel or not, and operators should re-wrap it if it is loose.
Clean the debris in the stirring barrel, hopper, and track to keep it clean.
Check whether the hopper of hand powered cement mixer is flexible or not, and the brake and all switches should be sensitive, accurate and reliable.
