Ash Pollution of Mixing Plant
In mixing plant, the powder is usually stored in cement dumps, then conveyed to the blenders through screw conveyors, so as to make concrete used in construction engineering. So, during conveying powder to tank, how to conduct ash coming from dump roof?
1、Check the roof dusting machine filter and clean it.
2、Once appear ash leakage phenomenon, we must clean up the powder around the relief valve, so as to avoid powder getting agglomerated by rain to block relief valve.
3、If ash is loaded too full, we must be check material level meter with the reliability of the material alarm device.
