Different from the traditional shape of baby concrete mixer, Haomei baby concrete mixer is designed as a letter of W. With large quantities of tests, engineers have proved that the new shape of W can effectively avoid the dead mixing angles so that it can realize even mixing of all aggregates other materials. The newly designed mixing drum is equipped with lining boards to strengthen the drum’s abrasive resistance.
As for the mixing blades, they also adopt new design. To make full use of mixing space, all the installed blades are formed into a spiral shape. Each stirring shaft has 8 blades and the phase angle of two neighboring blades is 90 degrees.
The Mixing blades of the two stirring shafts are interlaced with each other so that the mixing characteristics are tremendously intensified. Instead of being entirely fixed together, the stirring shafts and the mixing blades are connected by bolts, which can greatly simplify the maintenance process. To prolong its service life, the body of the drum is made up of alloy steel that is known for excellent wearable performance.
